John Ferris Dow, Esquire

Attorney Dow is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and New England University School of Law.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association, the Massachusetts Association of Trial Lawyers and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  He is licensed to write Title Insurance Policies in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire.  He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.

Attorney Dow is a former Procedure Clerk at the Massachusetts Trial Department of the Land Court. He has extensive experience in non-legal professions.  These varied life experiences have added greatly to his ability to understand legal problems that touch other industries, including sales, labor and construction.  This common sense understanding gives Attorney Dow an advantage in dealing with many different types of clients involved in varied cases.

Attorney Dow lives in Concord with his wife Miranda, their triplets, Helen, Harrison and Emil, and their dog Sadie.

 

Mary Jane Kennedy, Esquire

Attorney Kennedy is a graduate of Boston College (Magna Cum Laude) and Suffolk University School of Law. She received her L.L.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law. She has extensive experience in real estate law, both as an attorney and as a real estate broker. Attorney Kennedy is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and New York.

Attorney Kennedy lives in Weston with her husband and two children.

 

Tiffany Pawson, Esquire

Attorney Pawson is a graduate of Tufts University and Northeastern University School of Law.  She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  During law school, she served as judicial intern to the Honorable Mark Coven of the Quincy District Court and the Honorable Bruce Selya of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Attorney Pawson lives in the South End.

 

Leslie Gildart, Esquire (of counsel)

Attorney Gildart is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School (cum laude). As a student, she practiced civil litigation defense and family and child welfare law under student practice rules. After law school, she continued her pro bono work with working at West Publishing Company, where she was a Senior Editor/Family Law Classifier. Attorney Gildart is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. She was admitted to practice law in Minnesota (retired) and is currently admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Attorney Gildart lives in Somerville with her husband and son.
