- Preparation of Purchase and Sale Agreement $450.00
- Preparation of Deed $125.00
- Preparation of Extension $100.00
- Appearance at closing $400.00
- Preparation of Power of Attorney $200.00
- Preparation of Trust
(Including Schedule of Beneficiaries) $500.00
- Preparation of Trust Certificate $125.00
