For the past twenty years, our office has represented many lending institutions for both commercial and residential loans.  During his tenure at the Massachusetts Trial Department of the Land Court, Attorney Dow reviewed titles and prepared cases for judicial review.  He learned how to identify title problems and the consequences for improperly handling them.

We are able to offer our clients personalized attention and services, including updates via our website and Settlement Statement review prior to closing.  We are always mindful of your need for current and accurate information.  We recognize that we are the last people borrowers see during their loan transaction.  We understand our role in the closing process as well as the importance of protecting our lender’s appearance to the borrower.  We strive to make the closing transaction a pleasant experience for the borrower.

Our office has been approved for and represented over 150 lending institutions.  In addition, we have performed foreclosure services for several lending institutions.  We have extensive experience in foreclosure services, deficiencies under foreclosures and collections under promissory notes.
